Pressure Switch Electrical Connections Defined, PS71

The PS71 family of Pressure Switches are available with a variety of electrical connection options. The listing below will show a picture of what the connection looks like as well as a description of the options.

1. -SP- (Spade)

 

  • Two (SPST, NO or NC) or three (SPDT) spades
  • Spades are ¼” wide, 0.03” thick

2. -FLXX- (Flying Leads)

 

 

  • XX = Length in Inches. 
  • Specify lead length in inches (i.e. -FL18 or -FL30)
  • 18” (450 mm) is standard. Max length is 48” (1220 mm)
  • Wire specs:  18AWG, PVC sheath

 

3. -FLSXX- (Flying Leads w/ PVC Shrink Tubing)

  

 

  • XX = Length in Inches
  • Specify lead length in inches (i.e. -FLS18 or -FLS30)
  • 18” (450 mm) is standard.  Max length is 48” (1220 mm)
  • Wire specs:  18AWG, PVC sheath
  • Shrink material:  PVC

4. -ELXX- (1/2” NPT Male Conduit w/ Flying Leads)

 

  • XX = Length in Inches
  • Specify lead length in inches (i.e. -EL18 or -ELS30)
  • 18” (450 mm) is standard.  Max length is 48” (1220 mm)
  • Wire specs:  18AWG, PVC sheath

5.  -CABXX- (18AWG PVC Cable)

  • XX = Length in Inches.
  • Specify lead length in inches (i.e. -CAB36 or -CAB120)
  • 36” (915 mm) is minimum
  • Cable specs:  18AWG, PVC Sheath and Jacket

6. -H- (DIN 43650A Male Half Only)

  

    

  • Electrical connection pins exit out the top
  • Pins follow the DIN43650A Standard
  • No mating connector provided

7. -HR- (Right Angle DIN 43650A Male Half Only)

 

  • Electrical connection pins exit out the side
  • Pins follow the DIN43650A Standard
  • No mating connector provided

8. -HC- (DIN 43650A 9mm Cable Clamp)

     

  • Eelectrical connection pins exit out the top
  • Pins follow the DIN43650A Standard
  • Mating connector provided, part # 213947

9. -HCR- (Right Angle DIN 43650A 9mm Cable Clamp)

    

  • Electrical connection pins exit out the side
  • Pins follow the DIN43650A Standard
  • Mating connector provided, part # 213947

10. -HN- (DIN 43650A with 1/2˝ Female NPT Conduit)

     

  • Electrical connection pins exit out the top
  • Pins follow the DIN43650A Standard
  • Female conduit threads are ½”-14 Female NPT
  • Mating connector provided, part # 213948

11. -HNR- (Right Angle DIN 43650A with 1/2˝ Female NPT Conduit)

     

  • Electrical connection pins exit out the side
  • Pins follow the DIN43650A Standard
  • Female conduit threads are ½”-14 Female NPT
  • Mating connector provided, part # 213948

12. -WF- (Weather Pack Connector, Female)

 


 

 

  • Two wire devices use the Aptiv (formerly Delphi) 12015792 housing and the 12089188 pins
  • Three wire devices uses the Aptiv (formerly Delphi) 12015793 housing and the 12089188 pins
  • Recommend ordering with Shrink tubing around the wires (-FLSXX-)

13. -WM- (Weather Pack Connector, Female)

   
  • Two wire devices use the Aptiv (formerly Delphi) 12010973 housing and the 12089040 pins
  • Three wire devices uses the Aptiv (formerly Delphi) 12010717 housing and the 12089040 pins
  • Recommend ordering with Shrink tubing around the wires (-FLSXX-)

14. -DE- (Deutsch Connector, Male, DT04 Series

  • Two wire devices use the Deutsch (TE) DT04-2P-E003 housing and the 1060-16-0122 pins
  • Three wire devices use the Deutsch (TE) DT04-3P housing and the 1060-16-0122 pins
  • Recommend ordering with Shrink tubing around the wires (-FLSXX-)
