Welcome to our new Gems Sensors & Controls website. When we set out to update our site, we conducted customer interviews and user testing so you could tell us exactly what you wanted to see us improve.
The goal of our new website is to support you with intuitive and fast product search and selection, helpful self-service technical resources and easy access to Gems expertise and know-how.
Here's a look at some of the features designed to help you find the best product for your application.
Product Selector Experience – Filter by Technology, Spec, Application & More
Try out our robust product selection experience where you can select a product by line, family, type, series, industry, or application. There are also advanced refinement tools where you can filter down the total results until you find which product
best fits your needs. These include material construction, maximum temperature, maximum pressure, port size, flow range, mounting style, and many more. You can access this experience via the mega menu and main search bar.
Within the product selector to better help you make a selection, you can use our Product Preview Tool to hover over a product to preview what it looks like:
Narrowed your selection down but still not sure which product? You can select multiple products and compare them using the Product Comparison Tool:
Search Options - Find What You Need Faster via General, Advanced & Predictive Search
The new website offers several avenues to search the website. One way is via predictive search for quick access to Gems product families, series, and specific item numbers. As you type in a part number or series, the search will auto fill!
Resource Center - Centralized Hub for Content
Our resource center allows for easy access to items such as catalogs, brochures, installation docs, FAQs, product guides, certifications, videos and more. Take a look at all the resources we have available to you!
You can also search the site's resources by using the Downloads Fly-Out on the right side of the website. This is visible on any page you are on. Whether you need a catalog page, instruction bulletin or another one of our resources, either select the resource type and/ or enter a keyword of the specific resource you are looking for.
Resource Rich Product Detail & SKU Pages
Once you select a product, you will land on a resource-rich product SKU page that includes technical documents, specifications, resources, images and 3D models. From here, buy or configure a product, or request a quote or sample.
